The High Haven Guest House is a combination of two properties being 85 Summer Street and 124 Midland Avenue. The first main building, 85 Summer Street is a 9-bedroom, 8 bath guest house that underwent renovations in 2010. These renovations included a brand new commercial kitchen, new heating, and new central air conditioning system. The building consists of 4,272 square feet in living space. The second building at 124 Midland Avenue includes two 1-bedroom apartments and is 1,457 square feet in size. There is a large parking lot that serves both properties. There is an in-ground swimming pool located between the buildings. Most furniture in the main building will be included.
